Error description
When DNS is configured to use first alive load balancing and there are no search domains configured, DataPower still attempts to perform a NULL domain search. This results in a doubling of the total number of expected tries.
Local fix
Problem summary
Affected are all users of DNS name resolution without configured search domains. In that condition, the service still tried to search one nameless domain, which resulted in longer response times.
Problem conclusion
