Error description

• When running a fresh install on a machine that has the hostname
  starting with a number, you get
  error
  BPCIN0190E
  You cannot use non-standard characters, such as a space between
  characters or an underscore, in a
  host name. You must enter a host name with standard characters
  and try again.
  
  This happens on all platforms, at fresh install, when the
  hostname begins with a number.
