APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users of TPC versions 4.2.x.x and below will find discrepancies
  between T_PRF_DSCONTROLLER table and the view.
  
  In 5.1.0 TPC,  the T_PRF_DSCONTROLLER table was updated to fix
  the previous limitation that TPC did not store unique
  identifiers for DS* controllers.
  The data changed from having non-unique values of 0 and 1 to
  having specific ID values pertaining to the device.  There are
  now ID values in the element_id column when a 5.1.x data
  collection is run on the device.
  
  The view needs updating to work correctly with the new data, and
  match the other PRF views, by returning the ID value in a
  Controller_ID (new) column.

  * updated to handle values > 1 in that column. So these values *
  * were ignored and the CONTROLLER_NAME column produced by the  *
  * View would be NULL for those rows containing real  IDs.      *

Problem conclusion

• The view TPCREPORTS.PRF_DSCONTROLLERS was updated to handle
  ELEMENT_ID > 1. Now a new column will be created CONTROLLER_ID
  to contain the real IDs and it will be NULL when the older PM
  data is consumed.  The CONTROLLER_NAME column will now either
  have the previous string values (when the ID is 0 or 1) or have
  UNAVAILABLE when ELEMENT_ID contains a real ID number.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
