Error description

• Let us imagine that you have defined a stored procedure (a
  function to be precise) returning two values like
  
  create function p11()
      returning lvarchar(4096), int;
  ...
  end function;
  
  The actual size of the lvarchar() is not important, only that
  there is an lvarchar() and another value following it is to be
  returned to the caller.
  
  When you call this function remotely from another database on
  another instance within a stored procedure defined there, the
  second return value can be NULL instead of the expected value.
