IC89336: PCOM: TRACE FACILITY MESSAGES NOT IN ENGLISH AFTER 6.0.3 REFRESH

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• I have PCOM 604 installed on Win7 64 bit English. The
  TRCMSG.dll file used by Trace Facility is NOT in English. So
  if any errors occur running the Trace Facility the popup error
  is not in English.
  
  If I format an empty trace files I get this error:
  
  PCS2213I   Fitxer de traﾇa sense format buit
  which means "Plain empty trace file" in Catalan.

  being shown in the English language. This affects usability
  of the tool.
  

Problem conclusion

• TRCMSG.DLL has been changed to use the correct message catalog
  file for each language version of the Trace Facility utility.
  
  Fix scheduled for PCOM 6.0.7 Refresh Pack
