IC89095: AFTER UPGRADING TO TPC 5.1, USER CANNOT LOGIN TO TPC REPLICATION GUI BECAUSE CSMDB IS MISSING

Error description

  • Customer has TPC 4.2 installed where the replication server
    database (csmdb) location is
    <rep_install_dir>\eWAS\derby\database
    instead of  <rep_install_dir>\eWAS\profiles\CSM\database.
    When upgrading to 5.1, the installer does not find the csmdb
    database and it does not copy it.
    There are no errors during the upgrade, but as a result after
    the upgrade is completed, the user cannot login to CSM web gui
    and all the data is lost.
