IC89003: A INSTANCE CREATED WITH THE IFXCLONE UTILITY CAN FAIL TO START WITH THE ERROR "DUPLICATE VPCLASS"

Error description

• When cloning an Informix server using ifxclone with a command
  similar to that documented (as below), the clone operation
  completes but the new instance fails to start with an error
  message indicating a duplicate VPCLASS.
  
    ifxclone -T -L -S Source_name -I Source_IP-P 3000 -t
  TargetName-i Target_IP -p 3000 -s large
  
  Normally, ifxclone would add any necessary, new ONCONFIG
  parameters and comment out old. However, the Informix
  configuration file is updated with:
  
    ##############################
    # Message 84325 not found.
    ##############################
    # Message 84325 not found.
    # Message 84216 not found.
  
  By commenting out VPCLASS cpu lines in target onconfig the
  ifxclone worked.
  
  The problem also manifests itself when errors are encountered
  with the ifxclone command:
  
    $  ifxclone -T -L -S source_ids -I 9.69.1.20 -P 1526 -t
  target_clone -i 9.19.1.21 -p 1527 -s large
    > Message 84231 not found.
  
  On a working system we see these messages as:
  
    $ infxmsg 84325
    Removed by ifxclone -
  
    $ infxmsg 84216
    Added by ifxclone
  
  - The issue is a missing dependency, the message file
  $INFORMIXDIR/msg/en_us/0333/cdrcli.iem, which is not installed
  if you
    deselected Enterprise Replication during a custom install. You
  do not see the problem if you have performed a standard
  (complete)
    install. i.e.
