Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server command UPDATE NODE will
  fail under the following conditions with ANR4739E:
  
  - The Tivoli Storage Manager node was initially registered with
    a LLA-Address (low-level address), but without a HLA-Address
    (high-level address).
  - The UPDATE NODE command use the parameter HLA and / or LLA
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics
  Example
  update node NODEA hla=192.178.168.10 lla=1501
  
  ANR4739E Either the high-level address (192.178.168.10),
  low-level address (1501), or both were entered in error.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager  server 5,5 6,1, 6.2 and 6.3 on all
  platforms
