Problem summary

  • Affected are customers using Access Control Lists (ACLs) to
    restrict the range of network addresses that can access a
    particular DataPower service on an appliance with firmware
    releases 5.0.0.0-5.0.0.4. Earlier firmware releases are not
    affected.
    
    An attempt to configure any ACL will fail, with a number of
    "ACL filter modification failed" error messages logged.
    
    This is caused by a programming error in the implementation of
    ACLs.
