Error description

• When clean drive command is executed while another clean drive
  for same tape drive is running,
  secondary "clean drive" for same tape drive command fails with
  ANR8913I.
  
   ANR8913I Drive DRV-1 (/dev/rmt0) in library LIBXXXX is
            currently busy; Cleaning is scheduled.
   ANR0985I Process X for CLEAN DRIVE running in the BACKGROUND
            completed with completion state FAILURE at xx:xx:xx.
  
  But the failed "clean drive" process is not scheduled.
