APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem is related to an SVC upgrade since this is also
  occurred from tpc 4.2.2.  We believe that when a cluster went
  through an upgrade, the SVC will then change the identities of
  the nodes and this will result new rows in the t_res_redundancy
  table.

  * I/O Groups, 16 NODES, 64 Ports, 9 MDisk Groups, 135 MDisks,  *
