IC86651: IBM TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER SERVER DSMUPGDX UPGRADE WIZARD FAILS WITH RETURN CODE 10

Error description

• When upgrading from 55 to  6.x server release, the dsmupgdx
  wizard fails with return code 10 when doing the preparedb step.
  dsmupgdx.trc shows following error.

  Change LANGUAGE option in dsmserv.opt to LANGUAGE AMENG and
  restart the upgrade process.
