Error description

• Using the Numstreams option during a Library Client DB backup
  can hang if there are fewer drives available then what is set by
  this option.
  
  Example:
  There are 4 drives in the shared library.  At the time of the
  Library Client DB backup, there are only 2 drives available.
  The Numstreams is set to 4.  The DB backup will hang.
