Error description

• When enabling WS-Addressing of Web Service Proxy with
  Attachment streaming enabled, device might restart upon message
  arrival into WSP.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Affected is the use of a Web Service Proxy with WS-Addressing
  and attachment streaming.
  
  The WS Proxy when using WS-Addressing mode does
  not support streaming attachments, attachments will be buffered,
  and might restart the appliance.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now a warning log message about non-supported
  configuration will be emitted.
  
  The fix is available in 5.0.0.4, 4.0.2.10 and 4.0.1.14
