Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server command QUERY STGPOOL displays
  "Pct Migr" equal to 100% for a storage pool which contains no
  volumes.
  This will be seen for a new defined storage pool and for a
  storage pool of type=file after the migration process deleted
  all used scratch volumes.
