If a CRL Update Policy is deleted through CLI the status of CRL Retrieval will be reported as being "down" despite other CRL Update Policies fetching at regular intervals.

Problem summary
CRL Retrieval object status will be incorrectly marked as 'down' when any one of its CRL update policies is deleted using cli. Fix will be available in next major releases.
