Error description

• After a successful FlashCopy backup using Tivoli Storage
  FlashCopy Manager for Oracle in a SAP environment, and a
  successful offload incremental backup to Tivoli Storage
  Manager (TSM) via RMAN, the restore of the most current backup
  - a FlashBack - is also successful.
  
  However, an attempt to restore older incremental backups from
  the Tivoli Storage Manager Server, using the Tivoli Storage
  Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning's backfm utility, may
  fail. When this problem occurs, one or both of the following
  entries are included in the backfm log file:

• Check the number format defined in the sqlplus settings to see
  if the value for the numf option is 999999999999999.
  If 'glogin.sql' and 'login.sql'  do not have such
  settings defined, add the following into the login.sql file:
  set numf 999999999999999
