Error description

• Tivoli Storage Manager might crash when an Identify Duplicates
  process ends unexpectedly.
  It is possible that no error messages will be available in the
  activity log prior to the crash. The early termination of the
  thread might be silent in which case the core file will need to
  be analyzed to determine if this condition has been met.
  
  NOTE: The key function to identify this condition is the
  pkSignalCondition function in the callstack of failing thread.
