IC85583: ONMODE -WF/-WM HA_ALIAS DOES NOT WORK ON HDR SECONDARIES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You are unable to use onmode -wf/-wm to dynamically change the
  HA_ALIAS value on a hdr secondary. If you attempt to you just
  get the following error message from the onmode command:
  
  onmode -wf HA_ALIAS=ha_sec
  onmode: Please check the message log for errors.
  
  But if you check in the MSGPATH file there is no additional
  information.
