IC85328: GET A -243 ERROR RUNING A PDQ QUERY ON AN RTREE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Select statement, with PDQ on, using rtree index and the
  ST_Contains filter returned error 243.
  
  When PDQ is not turned on, the query works.  When PDQ is turned
  on with multiple CPU VPs, it returns the error.
