IC85138: PREVENT CONFLICT WITH THE NATIVE DRIVER FOR TAPE DEVICES ON SOLARIS

Error description

• A feature to detect if there is a conflict with the native
  device driver for Tivoli Storage Manager tape devices. A new
  utility called rmstdev is also provided to help prevent such
  conflict.
