Error description

AS2 input message to B2B gateway containing a "0" as the final
password character caused DataPower to restart when the WTX
transform code attempted to check the EDIFACT data for padding.
Zero was the only character to cause this problem.

Local fix

Change password to a string not ending in "0"

Problem summary

  • DataPower customer who set the recipient reference password in
AS2 request is likely to see this problem.

Processing the AS2 request in B2B gateway a restart might
occur if the password is ending with "0" for the recipient
reference password.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available on 3.8.2.14, 4.0.1.12, 4.0.2.8
and 5.0.0.1.
