  • Applying heavy load with SFTP Poller Front Side Handlers may
cause a rare case of memory error and restart the appliance when
attempting to use a literal IP address.

Problem summary


    

  • Affected are customers using services with SFTP Poller front
side handlers, configured with a literal IP address.

In rare cases, the firmware may restart when the appliance is
taking transaction traffic.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The fix is available in 3.8.2.14, 4.0.1.12, 4.0.2.8
and 5.0.0.1.
