Error description
The following errors can be seen in msg.xxxxxxxxxxxx.log files: 2012-05-03 11:14:17.067 HWNPM4302E New performance data is not yet available for the device. Statistics with timestamps later than null) could not be found. 2012-05-03 11:14:17.113 HWNPM2052E No performance data was collected from device Storwize MY-V7000 (00000000XXXXXXX) for the current collection interval due to an error. The previous polling interval with data was at (null). The problem is that the time got out of synchronization. The storage subsystem returns a time with an hour faster than the performance data has. This time value is set when the performance monitor starts. The error comes from the way the storage subsystem and JVM are treating the time zones. For example Africa/Cairo and Harare/Pretoria are both GMT+2 but the Africa/Cairo time zone has daylight saving time and the other not. JVM adds one hour to the Africa/Cairo time returned by the storage subsystem.
