Error description
When using a Web Service Proxy object in IBM WebSphere DataPower to build a default wsa:Action field value by concatenating [target namespace]/[port type name]/[input|output name], if the client does not send either the WSA or the SOAP Action value, then there is no [port type name] value available among the DataPower service variables.
