Error description

  • Using 'show memory proc' CLI command in Diagnostic mode might
    result in appliance restart.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Affected are customers using CLI diagnostic-mode command 'show
    memory proc' on all supported firmware releases.
    
    The command may trigger firmware restart. This should not happen
    during normal operation of the appliance, as the diagnostic
    commands are to be used only for troubleshooting, as directed by
    IBM support.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available in 3.8.2.14, 4.0.1.12, 4.0.2.8
    and 5.0.0.1
