Error description

  • dp:deflate() with "compress" format fails if compression ratio
is very low (greater than 2). A failing example is
"dp:deflate('123','compress')".

  • Affected is the use of dp:deflate() with "compress" format.

In the case of a very low (greater than 2) compression ratio,
dp:deflate() fails.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Fix is available in 3.8.2.13, 4.0.1.11, 4.0.2.7 and 5.0.0.1
