  • DataPower does not maintain persistent connection when IMS
Connect sends timeout message with return code x'00000028'.

Problem summary


    

  • Affected is the use of persistent connections to IMS connect.

DataPower treats all REQSTs as errors and closes the persistent
connection to IMSConnect.  When IMSConnect sends a timeout
message with return code x'00000028' the connection is closed.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The fix is available in 3.8.2.12. 4.0.1.10, and 4.0.2.6
