• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After the installation of the Admininistration  Center (AC)
  6.3.0.0 the server status of the AC health
  monitor  stays always in status UNKNOWN despite the fact
  everything is working  fine, for example connections and
  passwords are correct.
  

Local fix

• Gather an AC trace and provide them to Support.
