Error description

• On HOD 10.0.0, using ECLSession.StartCommunicationWithBlocking
  is not returning until it times out. The communications actually
  starts though.

  When ECLSession.StartCommunicationWithBlocking() method is
  called, the session does not get stated immediately after the
  connection is established with the host. It waits for the
  number of seconds passed as an argument to the call.
  ECLSession.StartCommunicationWithBlocking() waits for a time
  period (in seconds) provided by the user before throwing an
  error if there is a problem in connecting to the host.
  However, if the connection is successful, it returns
  immediately to the called method.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code to notify this waiting method immediately
  after the connection is established.
  
  Fix is scheduled to be available in 11.0.5 Refresh pack
  Fix is scheduled to be available in 10.0.11 refresh pack
