Error description

• HoD 11.03+ on Windows 2003, Sun Java 1.6.0_27, download client,
  TN3270 display session
  
  Since the customer migrated from HoD V10.02 to 11.03+ the
  customer sees the following problem:
  The users use the Transfer Files function with a Transfer List
  to get multiple files from the MVS host. The first file
  transfers correctly, but the second transfer abends with
  message ECL0142 (timeout). Then the third file transfers
  correctly and the forth file abends with message ECL0142. So
  every other file in the list fails with the timeout error.

  After migrating from HOD 10.0.2 to HOD v11, users of IND$FILE
  Transfer List function report timeout error message ECL0142
  for some files in the list while other files transfer
  successfully.
  
  The internal wait timer used between files in the list would
  sometimes time out causing the transfer of that file to abend.
  This was casued by a Session Property remaining null after the
  HOD 10.0.2 refresh.
  

Problem conclusion

• xferbase.java has been updated to correct the null pointer and
  the Sleep command used by IND$FILE Transfer List function.
