Error description

  • There is a very small timing window where a Tivoli Storage
Manager Server may crash when processing a "QUERY SESSION"
command. The crash can occur if the session's media access
information is changed by another thread.
Because of the small amount of time needed to process the media
access information, this defect should rarely cause a server
crash. The more often a QUERY SESSION is performed, the
greater the possibility of running into this crash.
