IC81038: MOVE DATA MAY FAIL IF THERE IS A CONCURRENT MOVE NODEDATA RUNNING

• Problem Description:
  Executing a MOVE DATA while a MOVE NODEDATA is running, the MOVE
  DATA will fail with the following error message logged into the
  activity log output:

  This is caused by the fact that a volume needed for MOVE DATA
  has been already leased by the move nodedata process.
  No ANR2032E/ANR9999D error messages should be displayed in this
  case; there should be a more clear message, which indicate that
  this volume is already in use by another process and could not
  be moved.
  
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  1. Recreate the problem with trace classes "ssvol sslock sspool
  af bf adm as" enabled.
  2. After that ANR9999D error message is raised, run "SHOW
  SSLEASED" immediately and see if this volume was leased by some
  other process or not.
