On an instance with QSTATS activated and onstat -z is run, an assertion failure with the following stacks: afstack mt_ex_throw_sig afsig_handler add_to_freelist mt_free qstat_free mt_free_mutex remove_curmem close_cursor sq_close sqmain listen_verify spawn_thread startup coroutine_start or afstack mt_ex_throw_sig afsig_handler add_to_freelist mt_free qstat_free mt_free_mutex xpl_free_xinfo free_sdb_mutexes relsdbmem doreleasesdb sq_release sqmain listen_verify spawn_thread startup coroutine_start can be observed. The relevant signature is the part at the top starting with mt_free_mutex() and qstat_free().
