Error description

• When the following I/O error is reported with sense data of:
  KEY= 05, ASC=25, ASCQ= 00
  
  ANR8302E I/O error on drive HPDS3 (/dev/tsmscsi/mt44) with
  volume LB0025 (OP=WRITE, Error Number=0, CC=207, rc = 1,
  KEY= 05, ASC=25, ASCQ= 00, SENSE=70.00.05.00.00.00.00.0A-
  .00.00.00.00.25.00.FF.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.0-
  0.00.00.00.00.00., Description=Device is not in a state
  capable of performing request). Refer to the &STGM;
  documentation on I/O error code descriptions.
  
  ANR1411W Access mode for volume AB1234 now set to
  "read-only" due to write error.
  
  the volume is updated to read-only, but the path to the drive is
  not marked as offline.
  This doesn't prevent the path/drive from being retried for
  future operations.
  
  This can be seen with physical libraries and VTLs.
