IC80348: DUPLICATE RECORDS FOR A TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER CLIENT MAY APPEAR IN PVU ESTIMATE REPORTING

Error description

• Duplicate records for a node may appear in PVU estimate
  reporting when the node's CPU has a match in the PVU
  table for both the specific CPU model number and an entry for a
  default CPU model number. Default
  CPU model numbers in the PVU table are indicated by a blank
  internal value.
  
  Example:
  
  A lookup is done in the pvu table for the following cpu:
  PROC_VENDOR = Intel
  PROC_MODEL = 5140
  PROC_COUNT=1
  PROC_TYPE=2
  PROC_BRAND = Dual-Core Xeon
  
  When the PVU table has a match for both the specific CPU model
  (example Model
  internal-value="5140"), and a default match (Model
  internal-value=""), the sql left outer join used
  in the PVU estimate reporting will generate 2 records in the
  result set instead of 1. The result set should
  only include one record with a match to "5140".
