IC79925: STATUS PROVIDER SHOW THROTTLED MESSAGES IN ALL STATEMENTS WHEN ONLY ONE STATEMENT THROTTLED

  Firmware version : 3.8.1.9, 4.0.2.0
  
  Description :
  If configured two throttle statements in one SLM policy and
  send reqeusts to trigger one of the throttle actions throttle
  message. The SLM summary status provider will show throttle
  message in both throttle actions as long as it's the later
  throttle was triggered. This happen if two statements are notify
  and throttle.
  
  From error log, we will see intermittent "Rejected by SLM
  Monitor" error log.
  
  Reproduce steps.:
  1. Create two throttle statements in one SLM policy in a
  working MPGW. For example :
   statement 1 throttle-20 "" "" "" throttle 60 fixed greater-than
  count-all 20 0
  0 0 5000 off 5000
   statement 2 throttle-15 "" "" "" throttle 60 fixed greater-than
  count-all 15 0
  0 0 5000 off 5000
  
  2. Sending requests with given resource that will
  trigger the throttle statements.

Problem summary

• Affected are DataPower users of the SLM Summary Status
  Provider who track the number of throttled messages for SLM
  policies containing more than one statement.
  
  The SLM Summary Status Provider may erroneously increment
  throttlling counts for SLM statements that preceed a statement
  that actually throttled a message.
  
  Fix will be provided in a future major release.  No formal fix
  is planned for the current release(s).
