Error description

• When generating a secure backup of the congiguration, the higher
  the value of the certificate's RSA Key Length is, the shorter
  the composite distinguished name (DN) must be, otherwise the
  ephemeralKey element of the resulting manifest document will be
  truncated, and the closing tag might be omitted.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When generating a secure backup of the device, the manifest may
  contain malformed XML.  This is more likely to occur if the
  key length used to generate the certificate is bigger than 1024
  bits.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is available in 3.8.1.18, 3.8.2.9, 4.0.1.6 and 4.0.2.2
