Error description
generate backupset fails on one object: ANR9999D_3688481022 (imobjgen.c:1241) Thread<xx>: RecordObjInToc failed, objId=<object_id>, rc=19 Customer/L2 Diagnostics : In this case, the object is part of a systemstate from a windows client saved with a 6.2.x client using incremental backup. When the incremental forever strategy is used for the systemstate, this can generate over time a lot of groups that have to be processed when creating a TOC entry for that object, this can give the above error. A 'show invo' can help to determine if the objects is part of a large number of groups. Local fix
The key is not to have too many groups as a result of incremental forever backups of the systemstate, 30 or less is ok. Two solutions can be used : 1. schedule regular full systemstate backups for example once a month by using the options : clients before 6.2.3.0 : TESTFLAG POORSMANINCR 6.2.3 and later : SYSTEMSTATEBACKUPMETHOD FULL or 2. Add one of these options in dsm.opt to permanently force full systemstate backups.
