  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • For the Model 7199 and 7198, the battery type on the
    RAID card
    has been changed.  The RAID battery status
    provider will display the "unknown" in the "Battery Type" and 0
    for "Remaining Capacity Alarm" and "RemainingTime Alarm".
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The Model 7199 and 7198 is equipped with a new RAID battery
    board:
    The original battery board is phased out and replaced by a new
    battery board. On appliances with this new battery board,
    
    "Remaining Capacity Alarm" and "Remaining Time Alarm" are shown
    as "0" (those values are deprecated) and Battery Type is
    "unknown" in RAID Battery Backup Status provider.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available on 4.0.1.5 and 4.0.2.1
