IC79062: AN EXPORT OR IMPORT PROCESS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED IF THE ASSOCIATED SESSION IS HUNG IN TCP/IP

Error description

• A restart of a suspended export server to server process
  opens a new import process. The old import process still
  exists and cannot be cancelled.
  
  The purpose is to allow a CANCEL SESSION to work for the session
  that is hung in TCP/IP for the EXPORT or the IMPORT session.
  The Tivoli Storage Manager server does not close the socket
  for an EXPORT or an IMPORT session when the session is
  cancelled.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager Server v54, v55, v61, v62 on all
  platforms
