APAR status

Error description

• On a system with multiple Exchange servers under the same domain
  the Mailbox history is only including the mailboxes from one
  server. There is no specific pattern to predetermine which
  server's mailbox history will be used.

  The result of this processing failure is that not all mailboxes
  that are available to be restored are listed in the GUI.
  .
  This problem is a result of the fix for APAR IC74465.
  .

Local fix

• Perform IMR operation manually by specifying the mailbox name(s)
  to restore instead of attempting to use the list of restore
  options presented.
  .
  In the case of mailboxes that have been moved or deleted, the
  restore of these mailboxes will still fail unless the
  /mailboxoriglocation parameter is specified from the command
  line interface.
