Error description

• dp:import will fail if the domain name entered in the SOMA
  command is different from the actual DataPower Domain name that
  is displayed in the WebGUI.
  

Local fix

• Need to do the import and match the case sensitiviy of the
  domain name in the SOMA command and the domain name displayed on
  the DatPower WebGUI.
  

Problem summary

• The dp:import command fails when the domain name specified in
  the SOMA command does not exactly match the case sensitivity of
  the domain name defined in DataPower.
  
  The problem is caused because the
  command is case sensitive when processing the domain name and
  does not find an exact match.
