Error description

• It is possible for the following error to be reported during
  reclamation or move data of bitfile object that contains
  inactive objects.
  
  ANR0104E bfaggrut.c(3740): Error 103 deleting row from table
  "BF.Aggregated.Bitfiles"
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: 61, 62
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics: In order for this APAR to apply the
  following conditions must be met.
  
  The file being moved is completely empty...meaning that there is
  no data associated with the aggregate.
  
  In order to determine if the file being moves is empty, a BF AF
  AS DEDUP DEDUP1 DEDUP2 server trace can be used to show the
  bitfile ID referenced by the ANR0104E.
  
  Then using the super-bitfile ID from the trace, run:
  show bfo 0 <super-bitfile ID>
  show invo 0 <super-bitfile ID>
  
  This should confirm that there are inactive bitfiles in the
  super-bitfile.
