Error description
In a WSP with Attachment Processing set to value "allow" the attachments are no longer accessible if the WS-Addressing Mode is set to value "WS-Addressing to WS-Addressing". With Attachment Processing "unprocessed" the attachments are not forwarded to the backend.
Local fix
Disable WS-Addressing, and add an XSLT transform with a stylesheet.
Problem summary
The fix will be in the next major release.
