Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server can crash during client
  backup activity to a sequential storage pool (tape,file).

  This is a rare crash that is caused by a resource serialization
  issue.  Heavy mount activity for a node backup often triggers
  this problem.

Local fix

• Sending client backup data to disk storage pools may
  temporarily prevent this issue.  Alternatively, reducing the
  mount activity required by the node backup may also help
  prevent this issue.
