Error description

  • When a TAM client certificate refresh is requested while the TAM
    object is under load with authentication/authorization
    transactions, the TAM object may not reinitialize properly and
    failed authentications may result.
    

Local fix

  • Disable and reenable the TAM Object. Do not perform these TAM
    operations under load.
    

Problem summary

  • The TAM object should not be started until the refresh client
    certificate action has completed.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available in 4.0.1.3.
