Error description
When a TAM client certificate refresh is requested while the TAM object is under load with authentication/authorization transactions, the TAM object may not reinitialize properly and failed authentications may result.
Local fix
Disable and reenable the TAM Object. Do not perform these TAM operations under load.
Problem summary
The TAM object should not be started until the refresh client certificate action has completed.
Problem conclusion
The fix is available in 4.0.1.3.
