Error description

  • Certain FTP Poller FSH to a Multi-Protocol Gateway may
spontaneously restart under certain conditions with AAA
multistep input and output contexts.

Local fix

  • Manual restarts every 48 hours are possible workaround

Problem summary

  • The appliance may restart under heavy load when an FTP
front-side handler is being used.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available on 3.8.0.14, 3.8.1.14, 3.8.2.5 and 4.0.1.2
