Error description
Customer has installed PCOMM V6.0.1 and they are using Arabic-420 for display session. When the session starts full screen, the customer USS logo appears are shifted to left side. . Now when the customer clicks on top-right button (between '-' and 'x') to 'Restore Down' and then click again to 'maximize'; here the screen is correctly displayed.

Problem conclusion
PCSWS.EXE has been changed to not reset the "GSTable.uViewFlags" to include Window bestfit condition with maximized windows. This fix was done originally for Chinese only. Now it is a general fix to work with all code pages. Fix is scheduled for PCOM 6.0.3 refresh pack
