Problem conclusion
PCSEDIT.DLL has been changed. The following is a description of the new behavior: If numbers appear at the beginning of the string -> Arabic numbers will be copied if screen orientation is LTR and Hindi if screen orientation is RTL. If numbers appear 'in the middle' of the string, the closest previous non-space character is examined. If the character is Latin, numbers will be Arabic, otherwise they will be Hindi. Fix is scheduled for PCOM 6.0.3 Refresh Pack
